Acknowledegments

With humility and gratitude, Chris would like to acknowledge and respect the Lekwungen peoples on whose traditional territory he lives, learns, and works, as well as the Songhees, Esquimalt, and WSÁNEĆ peoples whose vital relationships with the land live to this day.
He would also like to acknowledge the efforts, resilience, and accomplishments of the many generations of Asian Buddhists who developed the living traditions of Buddhist philosophy and psychology that so greatly enrich his therapeutic practices today.
